Helpdesk (presencial en Burgos)

We are looking for technicians with a high proactivity level, developed skills for users care, communicative and decisive. Your goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the IT Department services and the Company’s Business needs.

Basic requirements

  • At least two years of proven experience as a help desk technician.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues following detailed Work Instructions.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have a Medium level training cycle.

Essential requirements

  • Advanced English and Advanced Spanish spoken as well as written.

Desirable

  • Have a Higher level training cycle in IT or equivalent, a Higher technical certificate or equivalent field in IT.
  • Basic usage and understandings of computer scripts.
  • Active Directory Knowledge.
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products like Microsoft Power Shell and remote control (RDP).
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience in the monitoring of events, first resolution cases and escalations to second and third level.
